Group Exploration
Participants move from emotion and sensation in free-form improvisation alone, in pairs, and with the group. The water supports three-dimensional movement, tenderness, play, and deep rest.
Warm-water movement
Classes translate aquatic bodywork, dance, contact improvisation, and underwater music into a shared movement practice.

Participants move from emotion and sensation in free-form improvisation alone, in pairs, and with the group. The water supports three-dimensional movement, tenderness, play, and deep rest.
Classes are designed for people with and without previous aquatic or dance experience. Gradual immersion, nose clips, and attentive facilitation support people who are uncomfortable underwater.
Special versions can be created for couples, anniversaries, honeymoons, retreats, and workshop groups who want a memorable water-based bonding experience.
